PIF Football provides football-statistics qualifiers, fixture analysis and member features through piffootball.com and the PIF Football Android app. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, securely hashed password, account status and account creation date.
• Subscription information: Stripe customer identifiers and subscription status. PIF Football does not receive or store your full payment-card details.
• Preferences: settings such as whether you have enabled PIF email alerts.
• Service and security information: limited technical logs that may be produced by our hosting provider when you access the service, such as request time, browser information and IP address.

How we use information

• To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
• To provide member-only PIF Football features and verify subscription or complimentary access.
• To process subscriptions and respond to payment-status updates from Stripe.
• To send qualifier or Fixture Radar email alerts when you choose to enable them.
• To maintain, protect and improve the service and prevent misuse.

Legal bases

We process account and subscription information because it is necessary to provide the service you request. We process optional email alerts with your consent. We may process limited security information for our legitimate interests in protecting and operating PIF Football.

Service providers

We use trusted providers only where needed to operate the service. These currently include Render for hosting, Stripe for subscription payments, and Resend for optional service emails. They process information under their own privacy terms and applicable data-protection obligations.

Sharing and selling data

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for third-party advertising. Information may be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to protect the service and its users.

Retention and security

We keep account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed for legal, security or accounting purposes. Passwords are stored as secure hashes. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can turn optional email alerts off from your PIF Football account page or through the unsubscribe link in an alert. Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent.

Children

PIF Football is not directed at children under 18 and is not intended to collect personal information from children.

International processing

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, appropriate legal safeguards are used by those providers.
